1. Appointment Booking
• All appointments must be booked via our booking link, social media, or by contacting us directly.
• A booking is only confirmed once any required deposit has been paid.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
2. Deposits & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure your appointment.
• Full payment or remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• We accept card and cash as method of payment
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee equal to full service cost
• We may occasionally need to reschedule appointments for reasons beyond our control (e.g., illness, emergencies). In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a refund of your deposit.
4. Late Arrivals
• Arriving late may reduce the service time available.
• Full service fees still apply even if your appointment is shortened due to lateness.
• If your lateness prevents the service from being completed, it may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Health, Safety & Patch Tests
• Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or adjust services for health and safety reasons.
• We cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions if relevant information is not disclosed.
• For treatments such as lash lifts and eyelash extensions a patch test is required at least 72 hours before your appointment. This is free of charge and can be booked when booking your appointment. Failure to complete a patch test in time may result in rescheduling or cancellation, and the standard cancellation fees may apply.
6. Studio Etiquette
• We aim to provide a calm, professional environment. Please respect staff, other clients, and our salon space.
• Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the service, with fees still applicable.
7. Aftercare & Maintenance
• For treatments such as lashes or makeup, proper aftercare instructions will be provided.
• We cannot guarantee results if aftercare instructions are not followed.
8. Changes to Services
• Any requested changes to booked services must be communicated in advance.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the service requested.
9. Liability
• We take every precaution to provide safe and professional services.
• By booking an appointment, you accept that results may vary and that we are not responsible for unforeseen reactions or outcomes.
